REFUND POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any payments made via this website, up to 7 working days after receiving it and receive a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please Contact Us, quoting your name and date ordered. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will ask you to return the products to our Correspondence Address provided below, once received we will make a refund providing the items are unopened and undamaged and all hygiene seals are intact.
Refunds are NOT given on any products that have been opened or/and used unless the item is faulty.
Funds will be credited into the same account that was debited.
If you wish to change an unopened item this will be done but will incur a £3 charge to cover administration and postage and packing plus any cost difference of the items.

DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days from receiving payment.
We expect that your order will be delivered within 7 days, but in circumstances such as items being out of stock the order may take up to 28 days to be delivered, however you will be informed of this and have the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund.
Postage and packing is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
All postage charges are calculated by the total weight of the order, the current minimum 2011 Royal Mail charges apply.

We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are through Pay Pal which is a secure site. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.
If you have registered your interest with us and thereby given your consent, you may be contacted with relevant information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you.
